# HOW TO VIEW EXIT ACTIVITIES ON THE NEW ESS

## The Exit Activities section allows employees to view and track all activities related to their exit process on the Self-Service platform

Exit activities may include your assigned clearance tasks, approvals, handover responsibilities, and other offboarding steps that must be completed before your exit can be finalised. This feature ensures you remain informed, organised, and aligned at every stage of your offboarding. See steps below for your use; 

1. From your ESS dashboard, navigate to 'More' among the features on the left hand panel.
2. Select 'Exit Management'.
3. Click on 'Manage exit activities'

4. You will be redirected to the Exit Activities page, where you'll see a list of the activities assigned to you, which you'll need to work on and complete to proceed with your exit/off-boarding process.
