This helps employees keep track of achievements acknowledged by the organization, supervisors, or colleagues, and promotes visibility of outstanding contributions and performance milestones.To view Exceptional Achievements received from their self-service platform (ESS) 1. Navigate to the 'Work' feature. 2. Click on 'Performance". 3.
