How to Take an Appraisal as an Employee (Behavioural Only)
Follow the guides to take a behavioural-only appraisal as an employee
- Login to the HRMS and click on performance.
- Select take an appraisal.

- Confirm that the appraisal cycle is correct, if not change to the correct appraisal cycle then click on start appraisal.

- Confirm that the details of your line manager/ counter signing are accurate, Select the arranged circle by the right side to rate the core values.

- Add comments if required then click on next to move to the next stage.

- Add exceptional achievements if needed or click on finish to submit.
