[Admin](https://support.seamlesshr.com/promotion-and-salary-review-module?hsLang=en#admin) # How to Review Employee Salaries Using the Promotion and Salary Review Module ## This guide provides step-by-step instructions for reviewing employee salaries through the Promotion and Salary Review Module, helping authorized users manage salary reviews and related employee compensation changes. **Step 1**: Navigate to your promotion & Salary review module, select Salary review and click on Initiate Salary review ![](https://support.seamlesshr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-26-2026-05-02-37-7204-PM.jpeg?width=800&height=386&name=undefined-Oct-26-2026-05-02-37-7204-PM.jpeg) **Step 2:** Fill in Review Details: Enter Review Title (up to 50 characters), an optional Description (up to 200 characters), and select the Review Scope. There are two options for scope: 1. Pay Grades: Applies the review to all employees under the selected pay grades 2.
