How to navigate your way from the HRMS as a learner on the LMS

This is a guide of how employees can navigate their way on the LMS

1. On your ESS dashboard, click on More.

2. Then click on My Learning. You will be redirected to your Learning Management System dashboard.

3. Click on Explore to search for courses in various topics and fields.

4. Click on any course to start learning!

5. Scroll to the bottom of your page to streamline your learning experience by requesting interest-based recommendations
