How to navigate the other evaluations on the new ESS

The Other Evaluations section provides access to additional evaluation types that may exist outside the standard performance appraisal process. This may include peer reviews, upward evaluations, probation assessments, project-based evaluations, or other custom evaluation processes configured by the organization. Employees can use this section to view, complete, and track assigned evaluations where applicable

  1. Navigate to the 'Work' feature.
  2. Click on 'Performance'.
  3. Select 'Other Evaluations'.

  4. You'll be redirected to the page containing all necessary evaluations: Upward Review, Re-routed Appraisal, Re-routed Review, Peer Review and Matrix Reviews.
  5. Ensure you're on the correct appraisal cycle/period.
