How To Enable Matrix Appraisals On SeamlessPerformance
The steps below will guide you on enabling matrix appraisals on SeamlessPerformance.
- Launch the Performance Management module, From the dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Select 'General Appraisal'
- Click on "Appraisals"
- Toggle on Matrix Appraisals
- Click on Save
Note: Once a Matrix Appraisal is enabled, only reviewers attached to an objective can appraise employees on that objective. Until they have appraised the employee, the employee's general reviewer (often the line manager) cannot proceed with completing the appraisal.
