Creating objectives helps employees stay focused, track performance, and contribute effectively to team and business success. Employees can create and manage their objectives directly from the Employee Self-Service platform (ESS) following these steps: 1. On your Self-Service (ESS) page, click on "Work". 2. Navigate to "Performance". 3. Make sure that you are on the right appraisal cycle and correct framework (OKR or BSC). Change appraisal cycle to select the right period. And toggle between BSC or OKR, depending on what is applicable in your company. 5. Enter your Objective title and description (select a reviewer if your appraisal review ought to be done by someone other than your Line Manager), then click Next.
