How long should I wait for a loan to be credited?

Loan processing and disbursement takes place within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment partner processing timeline. However, below are instances that needs to be clarified for every loan requests;

1. Awaiting OTP confirmation;

During the wait period, you will receive an OTP within 5 min to 15mins to confirm your loan request. The loan cannot proceed to disbursement until the OTP has been successfully entered.

 

2. OTP confirmed successfully;

Once the OTP has been successfully confirmed, a Disbursement Letter will be generated showing the approved loan amount, repayment duration, and maintenance fee.

 

3. Loan is being disbursed;

After the Disbursement Letter has been generated, your loan will be processed for disbursement and should be credited within the 24-hour processing timeline.

 

4. Loan not received after 24 hours;
