How Employees can access Employee Benefits on Breeze payer 

What's Changing

As part of making Payer a module on HRMS, employees will now access the platform using a new URL that includes their organization's name, followed by .seamlesshrms.com

Example format: yourorganizationname.seamlesshrms.com

This applies to employees of organizations previously on the base Payer platform

• What Employees See on the Benefits Page

  Once logged in, employees land on the Benefits page, where they can:

  Click Unlock My Benefit to complete a short survey (under a minute) to share real-time feedback on their experience.

  View their total earned amount, credit score, total cash available, rewards, and offers.

• Access a range of lifestyle benefits, including:

  Purchasing airtime

  Paying electricity bills

  Other everyday lifestyle services available on the platform

  Browse and select any of the available benefits (Earned wage Salary, Salary Advance, Flexi, Maxi, airtime, data, electricity bills, etc.).
