# How does loan repayment work?

## Loan repayment by an employee occurs through different means as outlined below;

### **1. Repayment through salary deduction;**

Your loan is repaid through a monthly deduction from your salary on payday, in line with the repayment terms stated in your disbursement letter. This is automatically implemented by your finance team during salary payment.

 

### **2. Loan liquidation before payday via the ESS;**

If you wish to repay your loan before payday, you can do so directly on your ESS page. Simply select the loan you wish to liquidate and click "Pay Off Balance" to complete the repayment process.

 

### **3. Loan liquidation through bank transfer;**

If you are unable to liquidate the loan through your ESS page, kindly contact Support via WhatsApp (+234 916 653 6169), email (support@seamlesshr.com), support line (02013306080) or In app chat to request your outstanding loan balance and the account details for repayment.

***Once payment has been made, loan liquidation and confirmation may take 2-3 working days to reflect on the system.***

### **4. Loan still not liquidated after following the above steps;**

If you have already repaid your loan through the system or via bank transfer, and the loan still appears active or outstanding after the stated processing period, kindly contact Support via WhatsApp (+234 916 653 6169), email (support@seamlesshr.com), or our support line (02013306080) for further investigation and assistance.

Please provide any relevant details, such as proof of payment, to help expedite the review.

***Note:If you intend to liquidate your loan before payday, always confirm your outstanding balance before making a payment to ensure the correct amount is settled.***
