# How do I get pension payment receipts or remittance evidence?

After completing the pension payment, contact our Support Team for assistance. When reaching out, please include the month the payment relates to.

Our Team will contact our pension partner for the reciept. 

Also check your email associated with your profile on PENCOM to get the automated reciepts. 

Note : It takes 72 working hours from the time of remiitance to get your receipts from our pension partner.
