How Do I Fund My Payment Account on Breeze Payer

This article explains how to fund your payment account on BreezePayer

You can fund your Payment Account by transferring money from your bank account to the virtual account provided for your Payment Account.

How to fund your Payment Account

  1. Log in to Payer.
  2. On the Overview page your virtual account number and bank is listed under the Accounts portion
  3. alternatively, go to your Payment Account, under settings.
  4. Locate the virtual account details provided for your Payment Account.
  5. Copy the virtual account details.
  6. Log in to your bank account or banking app.
  7. Transfer the amount you want to fund your Payment Account with to the copied virtual account details.
  8. Complete the transfer.

The funds will be credited to your Payment Account after the transfer is successfully processed.How much can I transfer?You can transfer the amount you need to fund your Payment Account.

I have transferred money but my balance has not changed

If you have successfully transferred funds but the amount is not yet reflected in your Payment Account:
  1. Confirm that the transfer was successful from your bank.
  2. Confirm that you transferred the funds to the correct virtual account details.
  3. Check your Payment Account balance again.
  4. If the funds are still not reflected, contact Support via email at support@seamlesshr.com , WhatsApp on 0916 653 6169 or In-app live chat.

When contacting Support, provide your transaction details and proof of payment to help with investigation.

I cannot find my virtual account details

If your Payment Account has been created but you cannot see the virtual account details:
  1. Confirm that you are viewing the correct Payment Account.
  2. Refresh the page and check again.

Always copy the virtual account details provided for your Payment Account before making a transfer.

Do not rely on previously saved account details.
