[Admin](https://support.seamlesshr.com/financial-products?hsLang=en#admin) # How Do I Create a Payment Account on Payer? ## This article explains how to create a payment account on Breezepayer A Payment Account on Breeze Payer is the account used to hold funds for supported payment transactions. You can create your Payment Account directly from the Payment Account section under Settings. To create and use a Breeze Payer Payment Account, the business must provide its RC number and the BVN of at least one director or shareholder associated with the business. ### **How to create a Payment Account** 1. Log in to Payer. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Select Payment Account. 4. Select Add Bank Account (at the top right side of the screen). 5. Follow the steps provided to create your Payment Account. 6. Complete the required information and setup steps. 7. Once the setup is completed, your Payment Account will be created. After your Payment Account has been created, the virtual account details provided for the account can be used to fund it. Breeze Payer supports business payments including: 1. Employee salary disbursements. 2. Pension remittances to supported PFAs. 3. Other payment services available on the platform. ### **I am unable to create my Payment Account** If you encounter an error while creating your Payment Account: 1. Check that all required information has been provided correctly. 2. Follow all the setup steps displayed on the screen. 3. Try again after refreshing the page. If you continue to receive an error, contact Support via email at **support@seamlesshr.com**, WhatsApp on **0916 653 6169** or **In-app live chat** and provide: 1. Your account/company name 2. RC number 3. Registered email address 4. The error message displayed 5.
