[Financial Products](https://support.seamlesshr.com/financial-products?hsLang=en) # How Do I Check My Payment Account Balance on Breeze Payer ## This article provides a step-by-step guide for employers on how to check their Payment Account balance on Breeze Payer, including where to find the balance and how to confirm the funds available for payments and transactions. Your available Payment Account balance is displayed on the Payer dashboard. You can check your balance from the dashboard to see the funds currently available in your Payment Account. ### **How to check your Payment Account balance** 1. Log in to Payer. 2. Go to the Overview Dashboard. 3. Locate the Accounts tab. Your balance will be displayed on the dashboard once you unhide the figure. 4. The amount shown is your available balance. The available balance shows the funds currently available in your Payment Account. You can use this balance to determine whether you have sufficient funds for a transaction. **I funded my Payment Account but the balance has not updated** If you have transferred money into your Payment Account but the balance has not changed: 1. Confirm that the transfer was successful from your bank. 2. Confirm that you used the correct virtual account details. 3. Refresh your Payer dashboard. 4. Check the balance again. If the funds are still not reflected after the transfer has been successful, contact Support via email at support@seamlesshr.com , WhatsApp on 0916 653 6169 or In-app live chat. **My balance is lower than expected** If your available balance is different from what you expected, check your recent account activity and confirm whether any previous transactions have reduced the available funds. If you cannot identify the reason for the difference, contact Support with the relevant transaction details. **My balance shows zero** A zero balance may mean that: 1. Your Payment Account has not yet been funded. 2. The funds have already been used for a transaction. 3. A recent funding transfer has not yet reflected. If you have recently funded the account and the balance still shows zero, confirm that the bank transfer was successful and contact Support if the funds remain unavailable. **I cannot see my Payment Account balance** If your balance is not displayed on the dashboard: - Confirm that you are logged into the correct Payer account. - Refresh the dashboard. - Check that your Payment Account has been successfully created. If the balance is still not displayed, contact Support with a screenshot of your dashboard.
