BREEZE Change Management Tool Kit - NEW ESS 

This has been developed to help System Administrators, HR Teams, and Change Champions successfully introduce BREEZE, SeamlessTechnolgies' upgraded Employee Self-Service (ESS) experience, within their organisations.

The toolkit contains ready-to-use email communication, co-branded banners, announcement module copies, user guides, FAQs, and other resources to support every stage of the transition, from creating awareness and preparing employees to encouraging adoption after rollout. These resources are designed to help you communicate the value of BREEZE, drive engagement, answer common questions, and ensure your employees are confident using the new experience.

This onboarding tool kit contains the following:

1. Email Communication

Mail 1 - Use this to communicate with all staff the week of deployment

Section 4 - Co-Branded Launch Banner and BREEZE Banner

This co-branded BREEZE launch banner is to help you announce the new Employee Self-Service experience to your employees.

Simply add your organisation's logo in the blank space provided beside the 'handshake' icon next to the Seamless Technologies logo to personalise the banner before sharing it internally.

You can use the banner across your internal communication channels, including email, SeamlessAnnouncement module, your intranet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, digital noticeboards, or office displays, to build awareness and excitement about BREEZE.

If you require the banner in a different size or format, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who will be happy to assist.
