Approval Steps for External Approvers on SeamlessPayroll

Step 1

An approval request is initiated on SeamlessPayroll, the external party gets an email with an action button to view the approval page on the System. 

Step 2

The link lands the external approver on the request page, to approve/decline requests(s) accordingly.

Upon approving/declining the request, the approver can input a comment in the comment box, then click on the "submit" button to complete the process.

Step 3

Once the process is completed by the approver, the admin gets an email of the action taken on the request.

Personal Relief for Non-Residents in Kenya

On SeamlessPayroll, Admins can now set the residence type of their employees from the Job Information section on Employees Information. With this setup, the correct personal relief computation is calculated depending on the residence type selected.
