[ESS](https://support.seamlesshr.com/financial-products?hsLang=en#ess) # A Particular Loan Is Not Showing in My Active Loans ## When a loan does not appear under Active Loans, it is usually because the loan application is still being processed, was not successfully approved, has already been fully repaid, or the employee does not yet meet the eligibility requirements for that loan product. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by checking the loan status, confirming eligibility criteria, or allowing additional processing time after approval. ### **What Could Cause This?** A loan may not appear under **Active Loans** for several reasons: 1. The application is still **under review**. 2. The application was **declined** and was never activated. 3. The loan has been **fully repaid** and moved to Loan History. 4. You do not currently meet the **eligibility requirements** for the loan product. 5. There is a temporary **system synchronisation delay** after approval or disbursement.   ### **What You can do ?** #### **1. Check Your Loan Application Status** Open the **Breeze app or Employee Benefits portal** and check your application status. - **Pending Review:** Your application is still being assessed. - **Approved:** The loan has been approved but will only become active after disbursement. - **Declined:** The application did not meet the required approval criteria. - **Disbursed:** The funds have been released and the loan should appear under Active Loans. If your application is still pending, wait for the review to be completed. #### **2. Confirm That the Loan Was Disbursed** An approved loan will only appear as active after successful disbursement. Check your: - Salary/bank account for the loan credit. - SMS or email notifications. - Loan details for the disbursement status. #### **3. Check Your Eligibility** Loan products have different eligibility requirements. For example: | Loan Product | Typical Employment Requirement | | --- | --- | | Earned Wage Access (EWA) | Minimum 2 consecutive months | | Salary Advance | 1 month | | Flexi Loan | Minimum 3 -5 consecutive months | | Maxi Loan | Minimum 6 consecutive months | Other lending criteria may also apply. #### **4. Check Your Loan History** If the loan has been fully repaid, it may no longer appear under **Active Loans**. Check **Loan History** or **Completed Loans** to confirm that the balance has been settled. #### **5. Refresh the App** If the loan was recently approved, disbursed, or repaid, there may be a temporary synchronisation delay. Try to: 1. Log out of Breeze. 2. Close and reopen the app. 3. Log back in. 4. Check **Active Loans** again. ### **Common Error Messages** | Message | Meaning | | --- | --- | | **No Active Loans Found** | No disbursed loans are currently linked to your profile. | | **Application Pending Review** | Your application is still being assessed. | | **Loan Not Eligible** | You do not currently meet one or more eligibility requirements. | | **Loan Application Declined** | Your application was not approved. | | **Unable to Retrieve Loan Information** | There may be a temporary system issue. Try signing in again. | ### **Contact Support if:** - Your loan shows **Disbursed** but is not displayed under Active Loans after **24 hours**. - You received the loan funds but cannot see the loan. - Multiple employees are experiencing the same issue. - You meet the eligibility requirements and have completed the application successfully. - The issue continues after signing out and signing back in.
